A 6 month workmanship and manufacturers warranty is provided with all repairs. Warranty is void if
Phone has been dropped and damaged
Phone has been exposed to liquid damage.
Other issues with the device unrelated to the repair are not covered under warranty
A 3 month manufacturer's warranty is provided for aftermarket parts

A call out fee may be incurred if:
You have requested a repair for the wrong model and no longer want to go ahead due to the price difference.
We have been called out for warranty purposes but upon investigation of the device, warranty is void due to physical or water damage and you don't want to repair.
We have arrived at location and a change of mind has occurred.
More then 15km distance is required for travel
